Service Description

Being a sibling of an individual with a Disablity or special needs can be tough confusing and feel really unfair. A empathetic ear and time for YOU can be relaxing and restorative. In therapy you can: -Explore thoughts and feelings related to having a sibling with a Disablity. -Discover ways to advocate for yourself. -Empower yourself to be your own individual AND still be a part of the family. -Blow off some steam and vent -Cope with the unique aspects and challenges of having a sibling with special needs.
