DISABLITY RESOURCES
Adolescent & Adult Therapy
Adolescents and Adults face many challenges on the path to achieving their goals. By enhancing our ability to connect to ourselves and others, we can gain new skills, thoughts, and behaviors that generate the positive changes we seek.
We cannot truly know happiness without knowing sadness. We cannot be content without understanding when we are discontent. We cannot know light without walking through darkness. Life is about holding opposites.
